Real Estate Professional with Intimate Local Knowledge

I am a life long resident of the East Bay having grown up in Alameda.  Graduated from Encinal High School and attended San Francisco State University earning a BA in Political Science and Business Administration.  I been a homeowner in Montclair since 1984 having raised two sons through Oakland Public Schools.  Both attended Montclair Elementary, Montera Middle and Oakland Tech High School.  My oldest son is serving out a commission in the US Army (USMA 17).  The younger son is a pharmacy tech attending undergraduate school.   I have been a Certified Residential Appraiser (MontcliarVillage.net) since 2016.  I have been licensed to sell Real Estate since 1996.
